Term contract for the hydrographic survey of the surrounding waters and sloping sea walls of the Hong Kong International Airport. 

Lok Ma Chau Spur Line
Topographic surveys for the route alignment of the then proposed spur line. Including roads, fishponds, forest and marshland.

HAECO Base Maintenance Facility, Chek Lap Kok
Design, installation and operation of the settlement monitoring system for the concrete building and structural deformation surveys of the cantilever roof, crane beams and shear walls 

3D Laser Scanning...

Pacific Place Mall, Central HK
3D laser scan of the facades of the Marriott and Conrad Hotel and Pacific Place Shopping Mall.  Production of detailed 3D computer morel in AutoCAD for client development and design works, from which 2D plans and architectural elevation drawings were produced for proposed design works

Eagles Nest Tunnel, Shatin HK
3D laser scan of the tunnel portals and associated building facades for the purpose of design and install the architectural cladding system. No access was required and the site works were completed in less than a week.  The facade design was based on the as-built results and allowed for the rapid and painless installation works

Grand Lisboa, Macau
3D Laser scan of the ellipsoidal casino structure to establish concrete construction tolerances prior to setting out of the facade bracketry

Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Central HK
3D laser scan survey of the hotel tower structure and 544 hotel balconies to provide accurate as-built dimensions and alignment of all balcony structures.  Data used for design of curtain wall redevelopment works.
